Cancellation Policy 

If written cancellation is received at least 10 working days in advance – 100% refund of the total program fee.

• • If written cancellation is received at least 9-3 working days in advance – 50% refund of the total program fee.

• • If written cancellation is received less than 3 working days in advance – no refund of the course fee.

• • If payment has not been received at the time of cancellation, an invoice will be issued for the appropriate amount as costs will have already been incurred.

The total quotation price will be charged for attendees who fail to either attend their scheduled course or who fail to cancel within a minimum of 5 working days prior to their course start date.

Substitutions

If circumstances prevent a previously registered person from attending a course, substitutions are permitted up to and on the day of the event. Ground Force Training is to be advised by the organization or student, prior to the completion of the course.

Cancellation Policy – Online Courses only

Refunds for online training will be issued if all of the following criteria have been met:

• A refund is requested in writing within 72 hours of purchase.
• No tests or quizzes have been attempted.
• Less than 50% of the training course has been completed.
• No certificate of completion has been issued.
